Dips Kitchen offers a fresh twist on fast-casual dining with made-from-scratch dips turned into full meals. Founded by Jeff Scardino in 2023, this mobile eatery-turned-brick-and-mortar serves a unique menu curated by award-winning chef Whitney Otakwa. Featuring creative dips like Fried “Hot” Chicken, Low Country Shrimp, and Schug Hummus, each dish is served with dippers like pita, sourdough, or veggies—and can be transformed into a sandwich, wrap, or salad.
