If we HAD to put ourselves in a box, taqueria is the closest label, but who likes labels?! We prefer to say that the taco is really just a vessel for our creativity. We always have a meat option for the carnivores and a veggie option for the vegetarians, but what makes up the taco is probably different from what you're used to.
