Suzy Siu’s Baos offers asian steamed baos filled with delicious meats and local vegetables. This includes the roasted pork belly bao which was recognized as a “100 Plates Locals Love” by the Georgia Tourism Bureau. Other offerings include baos filled with korean BBQ, spicy korean fried chicken, lightly fried fish, as well as roasted and fried local and seasonal vegetables. Side dishes are fun and creative and include korean street corn and kimchi fritters, a savory korean play on croquettes.
